Rainbow in the Clouds Nail Design Tutorial By Cre8

Here is video 2 of 3 to achieve the complete Kawaii nail design
I created for your fingernails. If your an adult you may not like
the clouds and or you may not care for the Kawaii "cute" face
coming up in the next video I am posting.

In either case each of the videos were created separately with
that in mind. One could choose to just paint the rainbow, or
add the clouds as shown in this video, and then the
addition of the Kawaii face in the next video I will be sharing.
